Nexus welcomes 3 new members

In March, Nexus welcomed its latest 3 new members to the group, who had all visited us a couple of times and who now appreciate the strength of word of mouth marketing.

The photo shows Billy Ryce, (centre) our Chapter Director welcoming, Fiona MacGregor, Margaret Kerr and Tony Graham to Nexus.

Billy said, “Its great to see 3 new members joining at the one time and this brings our total of new members since October 2007 to 9. We hope to increase that number so we will have 30 in the group by the end of March 2008”.

Billy said, “John Boyle has always been an outstanding member since joining Nexus. In addition to the amount of business he has created for his fellow members he fully encapsulates the ethos of BNI as a networking organisation and is a source of great support to all who require his assistance. The measure of John's exceptional participation in BNI is that he has been awarded the accolade of the West of Scotland's Member of the Quarter twice in a row and is indeed the present incumbent as the region's best member.

As Chapter Director, I felt that we should recognise John's outstanding achievements, a matter wholly supported by everyone within Nexus. A special award was commissioned by the members and this was presented to John at a recent meeting by Charlie Robertson, the region's Executive Director."
